A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

You will lead staff and work with the board chair and committee chair. You will have ongoing responsibilities to work on strategic planning and budgets as well as find new opportunities to grow revenue.

• Successful track record building a department or organization
• Post secondary education
• Minimum of 5 years leading staff
• Related ag sector experience or non-profit experience is considered an asset
