Seed Sales and Marketing Assistant (Summer Position or Co-Op Placement)
Inkerman, Ontario
Sevita International, a leader in the Canadian soybean market, is seeking a Seed Sales and Marketing Assistant to support the seed team with their customer service and advertising efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams and report to the Marketing and Strategy Manager.
This position will allow for the interaction and communication with technical and professional staff in Inkerman and Woodstock, Ontario, as well as with crop producers, agribusiness representatives, advertising and marketing professionals and provide students will a better understanding of soybeans in Ontario. In this position, you will be a contributing member of the sales and marketing team with meaningful responsibilities. The selected candidate will gain valuable experience and developmental feedback through a paid, full-time summer position. This is an ideal opportunity for students interested in pursuing a career in agriculture or marketing and communications.

Start Date: May 6th, 2024 (flexible)
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary/Contract
Contract Length: 4 months - opportunity to extend to end of October
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. May be required to work longer hours or weekends during busy times of the season. Some travel within Ontario may be required.
