The internship program is designated to prepare students in a real working environment. Working alongside supervisors resolving problems and learning on the fly.

Requirements and Minimum Education Level:

• Enrolled in a BS in Business, Operations, Engineering or related field of study
• Strong technical skills specific to flexible production operations
• Have completed second year of college
• Experience leading teams to successful conclusions
• Have a minimum of 2.5 GPA
• Requires strong analytical, organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Desire to participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
• Interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with team members.

This program will run full-time hours with a $18/hour stipend.
