Summary:

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Assist with Vendor/Ingredient Verification & Approval.
  • Gather/Review documentation for accurate, relevant and updated information.
  • Review build sheets and labels for accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Act as support in reviewing information provided to stores for accuracy on a case-by-case basis.
  • Work closely with all business managers, business teams and corporate chef regulatory team, and the food safety team to ensure accuracy of correct data.
  • Data entry and review of information in database.
  • Collect information/documentation from various sources for specific item projects.
  • Provides support to other teams as necessary.
  • Performs other duties as requested or required by management

 

Key Requirements:
 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent keyboarding skills
  • Math skills at a specific level (i.e. one step: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division or two step percent calculations or more advanced)
  • Be detail oriented, organized, and strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of nutrition, FDA labeling guides, and basic food safety
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships with internal business teams, partners, and store team members and guests
  • Ability to use calculators, keyboards, telephone, and other office equipment
  • Stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching may be required in completion of job duties
  • Ability to visualize, organize, and creatively execute a new program or project
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient with all Google Docs and Spreadsheets
  • Ability to work with little direct supervision, self-motivated, goal oriented, ability to multi-task and follow through
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Ability to function as a team and get along with others
  • Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude
