Revolution is looking for an Agricultural Sales & Marketing Intern to join its team in the Summer of 2024.The internship is a 10-week paid program providing students with on-the-job training, mentoring, and real-world experience.

As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns and projects. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our marketing channels in a fast-paced, real-world environment.

  • Conduct market research, including but not limited to end-user preferences, pricing guidelines, competitor metrics.
  • Participate in end-user conversations and follow-up through phone interactions.
  • Assist marketing team with the creation of content for social media platforms and manage online. engagement/promotion using Hubspot, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and more.
  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (Hubspot CRM).
  • Work at maintaining positive relationships with all prospective and current customers.
  • Help create and distribute sales and marketing materials.
  • Work with our sales and marketing teams to help organize events.
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
  • College students enrolled in Agricultural science or related program having completed at least 2 years of completed study are welcome to apply. 
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA required. 
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfortable interacting with senior management.
  • Well-organized self-starter with the ability to multi-task and achieve results despite ambiguity or limited information.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Previous Co-op experience is a plus. 
  • Applicants must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. on a regular, full-time basis.

Pay Transparency: Base Range $20.00/hour + Overtime
