Portfolio leadership expertise needed
Using your experience in portfolio management, strategic budgeting and planning, help create FCC’s strategic roadmap and manage the strategy-to-performance gap. Oversee the development, execution and improvement of the portfolio management practices, standards and processes, incorporating FCC’s measurement methodology.
What you’ll do:
- Facilitate leaders to plan and develop program initiatives towards the achievement of a shared one-year strategic roadmap
- Guide and direct strategic portfolio performance analysis
- Make recommendations to the executive-level committee to develop the corporate strategic investment envelope as part of the Corporate Plan process
- Build, motivate and maintain a strong team

- Advanced knowledge of portfolio management, planning and measurement methodologies, implementation processes and best practices
