Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :

Proven leader with experience in loan processing and workflow management needed
Lead employees responsible for workflow, payment processing and loan maintenance activities to ensure proper controls, policy compliance and loan record accuracy.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee centralized incoming payments and loan maintenance activities, including cheque scanner functionality
• Manage workflow and customer correspondence processes
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
• Mentor teams in development planning, workload management and achieving performance objectives

What you’ll need:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce or business administration and at least five years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Working knowledge of lending systems, policies and processes
• Expertise in accounting and internal controls
