Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :

$134,505 - $181,979

 

Strong leadership and advanced capital quantification expertise required
Lead and mentor a dynamic, agile team who execute and deliver capital quantification to support strategic and financial objectives in an innovative, efficient and timely manner.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Develops the vision and strategy for long-term requirements of FCC’s economic capital, allowance and stress-testing model situations
  • Establishes sound processes within and outside of direct team to ensure capital demand and portfolio stress-testing requirements are measured appropriately for monitoring, reporting and use in the corporation’s Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and in accordance with the Crown Capital Framework
  • Builds strong relationships with industry experts and external consultants to understand industry best practices
  • Determine team priorities, communicate deadlines and resolve issues

What you’ll need:

  • A graduate degree in finance, mathematics, statistics or economics and at least 10 years of progressive experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • A passion for developing solutions to add value, manage risk and support decision-making
  • Formal leadership experience in a similar or related field
