Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :

Analytical thinker with procurement experience needed
FCC is committed to being a leader in promoting and encouraging the economic growth of Indigenous businesses, communities and Peoples. As a member of the Sustainable Procurement team, you’ll play an integral role in advancing FCC’s Indigenous Procurement program to build and maintain meaningful relationships with Indigenous businesses and achieve key program metrics.

In the Procurement Enablement Analyst role, you’ll lead changes to and maintenance of procurement policies, processes and procedures, with a focus on FCC’s Indigenous Procurement program. By developing a dashboard for the program, tracking and analyzing data, and evaluating the procurement planning calendar, you’ll identify and support opportunities for Indigenous businesses.

FCC’s sustainable procurement activities also include reducing our third-party carbon footprint, preventing forced and child labour in the supply chain, and enhancing accessibility – and you’ll manage initiatives to support these activities.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide support for internal partners on procurement policies, processes, procedures, and systems
  • Lead third-party risk management activities
  • Deliver training to internal partners
  • Maintain process and procedure documentation

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/ economics/commerce
  • 3 to 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of strategic sourcing and operational procurement
  • Completion of an industry recognized procurement or supply chain management certification is an asset.
