For 22 years, we’ve supported this mission by bringing together industry and education to discuss talent development, acquisition, management, and retention at the AgCareers.com Roundtable Conference.
Though it’s an annual event, we curate a fresh agenda of trending sessions each year to address today’s vital issues and opportunities. There have definitely been a few changes over the past twenty-plus years! We’re setting higher standards for recruitment in the industry and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment that attracts and retains top talent. The AgCareers.com Roundtable Conference, July 23 – 25, in Minneapolis, MN, is a unique opportunity to delve into crucial topics, especially recruitment, retention and compensation.
