About the role
We are looking for a State Real Estate Sales and Operations Manager to join the Elders team on a permanent, full time basis.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that branches and the staff within are achieving sales and performance targets and operating within best practice standards for residential and rural real estate and property management services across our Qld and NT offices. This is a leadership role providing guidance and technical support to the Real Estate team and developing their capability and will work collaboratively with the relevant branch managers across our network
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the State Real Estate Manager, the State Real Estate Sales and Operations Manager will:
Provide input into the strategic initiatives for the state's Real Estate business in-line with the Elders 8-point plan
In with the State Real Estate Strategy, assist develop and execute growth activity, organic and acquisitive, with responsibility for KPI's to achieve growth in company owned offices
Execute on the business plan for residential real estate and property management services
Implement brand presence and marketing strategies with the support of Elders Marketing team
Be a role model and drive a strong "accountability for results" culture
Assist to recruit sales and property management staff across company offices in Qld and NT in conjunction with Branch Managers.
Mentor and coach our residential and rural sales agents and property management network to grow their business
Build and maintain effective relationships with industry business partners and technology suppliers as well as our wider Elders network.
Champion and support the identification and rollout out of new technology for the real estate business that supports our staff in sales and property management to exceed in their roles and selling success.
