About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Service Administrator to join the Sunfam team at our fabrication facility on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Service Administrator is vital in supporting the operation of the design, manufacturing and installation departments. The successful candidate will be a great communicator, outgoing personality and willingness to adhere to company values .

Responsibilities:

Maintaining current and accurate customer job files/work orders; including opening/closing work orders, technician's timesheet collection and allocation
Maintaining Work Order Detail Log on a daily basis
General office duties supporting relevant managers
Planning of job schedules
Develops and maintains follow up processes regarding work completed to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintaining plant and equipment registers
Proactively follows up and advises customers of any deviations from the original estimate in respect of timing or costs as required

About you:

Prior service, administration experience in similar industry
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Able to be positive, helpful, flexible, and supportive in a dynamic working environme
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work well within a team environment
Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
