About the role
We currently have opportunities within our National Branch Network to work with some of the best agents in the country. You will be working within a very experienced team assisting to identify opportunities within the sales and property management teams and with training to support the network.

The role is designed for an experienced broker with a vast network of lender accreditations across the diversified lending platform. You will need to understand how to identify cross sell opportunities within the sales team and excel with the administrative side of the role.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing client relationships, assessing their mortgage needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client financials to determine suitable lending options.
  • Liaise with lenders to negotiate favourable terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for business growth and client acquisition.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting mortgage lending.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage application process, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in mortgage broking.


About You:
  • Minimum Cert IV in Mortgage Broking / Diploma
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial and residential lending, minimum 2 years or more in a similar role.
  • Accreditation with a recognised industry body (e.g., MFAA, FBAA) required.
  • Strong understanding of lending products, loan structures, and credit assessment processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and lenders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ambitious and driven to succeed.
