About the role
We are looking for a Marketing & Admin istration Officer to join the growing team on a permanent, part- time basis.
This role is responsible for develop ing marketing for the Company across all forms of media (including newspapers, digital , and social media) after gathering or receiving information from the Real Estate team.
Responsibilities
Develop marketing programs for promotion of properties
Plan and promote the Company across social media
Preparation and Presentation of Listing and Marketing material
Assist with promotional activities
Develop and deliver presentations
Prepare weekly marketing requirements for advertising and reconcile advertising accounts.
Collate and submit weekly advertising required for media
Coordinate regular updates for window display and website of properties for sale
About you
Provide q uality s ervice and c onsultation with all internal and external clients
Provide support and work efficiently within the team to reach team goals
Communicate and cooperate effectively with Vendors, Purchasers a nd Staff alike
Work priorities and time managed effectively
Have a keen eye for detail
Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients
