About the role
We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Specialist to join the AIRR team on a permanent, full-time basis.
The IT Service Delivery Specialist is responsible for the effective delivery and support of all Elders' Information Technology end user services within the AIRR (Australia Independent Rural Retailers) business.
This role acts as the conduit between Elders IT, the IT Service Desk and the end user community to help enable a smooth delivery of IT Services.
Responsibilities
Support AIRR end users with effective IT service delivery, training and communications; hands on work and interstate travel will be required at times
Develop a strong understanding of AIRR and Elders digital platforms, how they function and interact with each other.
Effective maintenance of AIRR IT Register
Build and maintain effective relationships with AIRR and Elders stakeholders including AIRR user base and key IT suppliers
Support the operational change management process across all Service Providers to ensure minimal impacts to end users and maximum uptake of the change.
About you
To succeed at AIRR, you will have:
2+ years experience in an operational role delivering and supporting IT Services to End Users.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships and work with many different stakeholders.
Good knowledge of end user computing hardware and software, specifically Windows 10 desktop, Microsoft O365, Mac/iOS, Mobile Device Management & remote monitoring.
Ability to work with key IT Vendors to deliver effective IT Services.
Strong initiative and sound judgement in resolving technical problems.
Business related qualifications in Information Technology
Valid drivers license.
