About the role

We are looking for a Finance Officer to join our supportive team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a Finance Officer, you will be responsible for processing accounts payable data, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors, and providing excellent customer service. You will also assist in accounts receivable and lease administration.

This role would suit an energetic team player, experienced in accounts payable or a professional looking for their next challenge.

Responsibilities

The position is in our Asset Management Services Team and will be responsible for the day to day management of accounts payable assist in accounts receivable transactions, lease administration and providing advice and support to internal customers.

  • Processing large volumes of invoices.
  • Maintains data in related payment, reconciliation and accounting systems with integrity and accuracy.
  • Provide support in accounts receivable
  • Provide support in lease administration
  • Liaising with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies and irregularities


Who are we looking for:
  • Previous experience in an Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or similar financial position
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software and experience with financial accounting systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • A can-do attitude
