About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Sales & Leasing Representative to join the Elders Commercial Dubbo team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The main focus of the Commercial Sales & Leasing Representative is the selling and leasing of Commercial, Retail and Industrial properties. Day to day you will be responsible for handling the leasing and/or sales processes, liaising with Vendors, Purchasers, Lessors, Lessees, Solicitors and other parties involved in the leasing or sales process.

Responsibilities
  • Establishing and maintaining familiarity with all office listings and manage listings including regularly liaising with vendors, prospective buyers, solicitors, councils and any other essential parties
  • Completing all necessary documentation associated with listing and selling property, including preparation and execution of sales agency agreements and advertising material
  • Providing regular written and oral feedback to vendors on market indicators and buyer interest
  • Conducting market appraisals for prospective vendors
  • Achieving individual monthly / quarterly sales targets
  • Ensuring potential customers are provided with reliable and accurate advice regarding property movements and industry trends


About you

To succeed at Elders, you have :
  • Demonstrated experience in a sales position
  • The ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients
  • Confident and influential communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy and competence with MS Office Suite
  • Valid Driver's Licence and own vehicle
  • A sound knowledge of, and an interest in, the real estate industry
