About the role

We are looking for a Business Improvement Analyst to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As an Elders Business Improvement Analyst, you will play a fundamental role in the development and implementation of organic business improvement initiatives key to Elders' ongoing growth and success. You will do this primarily by generating insights through the analysis of a range of internal and external data, and the application of those insights in the design, delivery and review phases of various business improvement initiatives across all Elders products.

Responsibilities

You will:
  • Review data, systems and processes to assess and monitor product profitability, cost to serve, working capital performance and internal process optimisation
  • Assist in the development and implementation of organic business impr0vement initiatives, primarily using a range of analytical methods to refine the scope of initiatives so as to maximise the opportunity for success
  • Develop reporting and tools to assist senior leadership in assessing the operating performance of the business
  • Engage with a range of stakeholders to communicate the work of Business Improvement and to explain, in practical terms, the results of analysis
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of programs and projects managed by Business Improvement, primarily by performing supporting analytical activities (e.g. process mapping, risk analysis, scenario modelling, etc.)
  • Identify and evaluate the impact of industry trends and possible step-change disruption.


About you

You will
  • Have a minimum of 2.5 years' experience as a business analyst (preferably in a for-profit setting), including experience supporting large-sale organisational transformation programs
  • Advanced-level Excel skills
  • Intermediate-level Power BI skills
  • Understanding of experience with Power Apps (preferred)
  • Understanding of and experience with Microsoft Azure (preferred)
  • Understanding of and experience with Snowflake Data Cloud (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
