About the role

We are seeking a permanent full-time Assistant Property Manager to work with our dynamic team. Working alongside a full-time Property Management Team you will be challenged whilst being supported to learn with ongoing training and enjoying the benefits of a great team and office environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Taking all general telephone enquiries for the Rental Department -for the portfolio you are assisting
  • Work alongside with the Senior Property Manager
  • Processing tenancy applications
  • Assisting with landlords, tenants, and contractors' communication
  • Assist with rent arrears
  • Assisting with the coordination of maintenance
  • Property Management administration
  • Assisting with preparing property reports ie: ingoing, outgoing & quarterly inspections


About you:
  • Real Estate industry experience will be advantageous but not necessary
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Good at multi-tasking and time management
  • High level of initiative and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work to current systems and procedures while contributing as a team
  • The desire to grow within a company for the long term
