About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join our Residential Property Management team in our Launceston office on a full time, fixed term (12 month) basis.

As an Assistant Property Manager you will be supporting the team in leasing of properties and providing excellent administrative support to ensure a seamless service to our clients. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to become a key part of the Residential Property Management team and supported to learn and develop your career.

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Property Manager you will:
  • Provide expert administrative support to the team
  • Organise the advertising of properties
  • Organise open homes and the showing of properties
  • Assess tenancy applications
  • Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
  • Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events


About you

To succeed at Elders, you will:
  • Have previous customer service experience
  • Have a Property Representative Licence (or have the ability to get one soon)
  • Hold a current driver's licence
  • Have excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Be a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
  • Be smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology
