This independent family business has grown substantially over the years, forging an excellent reputation for top quality products produced on the home farm. This is a new role which has come about due to the continued expansion of the business, the Production Manager will be an integral part of the business as the “boots on the ground” for the owners.

This is a forward thinking, fast paced business who have amassed a large client base over the years, they have recently invested heavily in new production equipment in order to further increase their output and are looking for someone who can advise them on improving efficiency and production further.

You will be someone with experience in Production Management, you do not have to come from an agricultural background (although this would be advantageous) but do need to have experience of packing and processing. This is not a desk job; my client is looking for a hands-on leader who has the ability to motivate a team and drive efficiency. You will be provided with ample room to grow in the role, left to make the day-to-day managerial decisions, supervise all inbound and outbound logistics and grow the production team.

A competitive salary will be offered to commensurate experience.
