4. Precision and Emerging Agriculture Technologies: Stay at the forefront of technological advancements.

5. Market Demands, Seed Traits, and Genetics: Understand the intricacies of crop traits and market dynamics.

Qualifications:

• FACTS and BASIS qualifications- advantageous but not essential.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience- this could be practical or in field trials OR a relevant degree at BSc or above with practical arable experience.

• Passion for sustainable agriculture and continuous learning.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
