Our client, a specialist ERP vendor that provides industry-specific solutions for the food processing industry is seeking an ERP Solutions Consultant, to add to their growing team in Kitchener, ON. The Company provides its users with innovative industry software that is configurable and customized to meet the demands of the individual company.
As an ERP Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional consulting services focused on the configuration, training, and ongoing support of clients' ERP software implementations. This role entails regular travel to client sites, occasional after-hours and weekend commitments, and the opportunity to collaborate closely with our North American operations under the guidance of the Director of Operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with clients to ascertain solutions aligned with their unique business needs.
- Strategize, configure, and implement ERP solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions to empower clients in maximizing the utility of our ERP software.
- Contribute to the development of compelling business cases advocating for the adoption of CSB-System's ERP solutions.
- Thoroughly document processes and recommendations to facilitate knowledge transfer and future reference.
- Provide on-call and help desk support, demonstrating agility in resolving client queries and concerns.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration and support across various company offices and functions.
DESIRED PROFILE:
- University Degree or College diploma in Business, Finance, MIS, Food Science, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent business experience
- • Minimum 2-3 years of ERP or Enterprise Software Consulting experience in the food/meat production sectors.
- Experience with batch-processing industry workflows.
- Proficiency in ERP software and demonstrated success in project implementations.
- Exceptional client communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to train others, analyze processes, and document findings effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to tackle software issues and deliver practical solutions.
- Good understanding of database fundamentals.
- Resilient under pressure, with strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated team player capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Resides in or near Kitchener, ON. Flexibility to travel within North America and Europe as necessitated by project requirements. Target start date is lo later than the second week of September. Ability to go to Germany for basic training for 5 weeks.
