We provide sales, service and parts for a full line of AGCO products, including top tier tractor brands such as Massey Ferguson, Challenger and Fendt. When it comes to harvest, we are the home of the Gleaner and Dion brands. We also carry Sunflower tillage and White Planters. From spring to fall, tillage to harvest, we have you covered.

The successful candidates will have duties that include taking calls from customers and working with them to supply them with the correct parts and information quickly and efficiently. Communication skills are key for the role as success with our customers depends on them. This candidate must be able to represent the dealership in a professional manner and bring in new business.

This candidate must be able to work well with others and also needs to have the critical thinking/problem solving skills to be able to function independently in a fast paced work environment.

Required Skills and Duties;

• Impeccable customer service
• Understand and listen to the customers' needs
• Locate parts using a computer system
• Invoice and payment processing
• Ensure an adequate supply of parts. Monitor inventory, work with vendors to get correct parts, and help customers find necessary materials.
• Provide estimates of cost of parts to customers
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Basic computer skills
• Bilingual

Experience in a parts department or with agriculture would be considered an asset but is not a requirement.
