Agricultural Sales Representatives specialize in agricultural equipment, agricultural systems, or precision agricultura technology to optimize retail sales of their produts in an assigned territory.

Communication skills are key for the role as success with our customers depends on them. This candidate must be able to represent the dealership in a professional manner and bring in new business.

This candidate must be able to work well with others and also needs to have the critical thinking/problem solving skills to be able to function independently in a fast paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee retail sales and promotion of products and relationship building
• Conduct sales calls and make presentations
• Make recommendations to customers
• Monitor competitive activites
• Develop sales territory for future growth
