• Organize and control the deliveries (picking, loading, checking and  printing documents) of the goods and receivings (imports, returns and other plants)  in collaboration with the other assistants and warehouse coordinator
• Run inventory reports daily/weekly to ensure accuracy at location 
• Operate in SAP/R3  all documents for deliveries/receivings and check all WMS movements of seeds and other materials in the warehouse.
• Provide weekly report to the warehouse coordinator with reason codes to align with monthly inventory reconciliation process
• Follow standardized processes for warehouse and distribution efforts and ensure transactional excellence
• Manage all distribution targets and processes related to inventory movements (i.e. STO's sales deliveries, etc.) for all sites (i.e. offsites, etc)
• Encourage and enforce safe operations and respect for people

Requirements:

• University education in industrial engineering or similar
• At least 3 years of experience with logistic operations in a warehouse environment
• Knowledgeable of SAP system
• Experience working in the seed production sector will be a plus
• Experience working with international stakeholders will be a plus
• Fluent in English will be a plus
• Good communication, team worker, go-getter.
