The TA Coordinator will be responsible for the pre-hire stage and for providing administrative assistance
to the selection process, helping us to have the best talent for the position through an efficient and
timely process.
YOUR CHALLENGES
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process starting with junior and semi-sr positions.
• Prepare and review documentation on new hires, working side by side with the share service
center and local HR
• Coordinate and lead the pre-employment process of all new hires
• Coordinate, review, and lead the internship programs
• Work together with HR Country on strategic projects making focus on internal talent.
• Go deeper into data analytics, adding value to the sector in the management of indicators
• Serve as administrative support with suppliers (invoice control and monitoring, creation of
purchase orders in SAP, etc.)
WHAT YOU WILL BRING WITH YOU
• Professionals or advanced students of HR/Psychology/Business Administration
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting.
• Advanced English
• Office package
• Desirable SAP
• Power BI is a plus!
• Interest in the Agricultural industry
• Availability to work at our offices in Vicente Lopez (Hibryd mode)
• We are looking for profiles with organizational capacity, creative and excellent interpersonal
relationships.
