We're hiring for a Supply Chain Intern / Supply Chain Apprentice.

Our EMEA Supply Chain Team is looking for an intern/apprentice in Drusenheim, France to join a highly dynamic and international team of Supply Chain Specialists and Project Leaders. The Supply Chain Intern/Apprentice will develop her/his agriculture business knowledge and expand his supply chain, leadership, and initiative skills. 


Your Challenge

Opportunity : Improvement of the logistics flows and work processes in EMEA Crop Protection.

The mission consists of several projects:

Identify opportunities in the secondary distribution in France. Increase the number of direct shipments from Manufacturing plants to customers in Europe.  Support to International Trade Operations Control Tower project  Standardize customer return process in the secondary distribution in Europe.

Benefits :

- Logistics cost reduction (freight and warehousing cost) by identyfing and leveraging improvement opportunities with incumbent service providers.

- Review the current processes (customer returns) and propose and standardize best practices.

- Increase efficiency in communication between all logistics partners involved in the imports and exports process.

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

Student in Engineering/Master's Degree with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management or Business Management

  • Excellent English skills, ability to speak, understand, write, and explain complex concepts in a fluent way
  • Strong competencies on Microsoft Excel and the whole Microsoft Office suite
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills, personal leadership, ability to take initiative and credibility to influence cross functional lines without direct authority
  • Desire to start a career in Supply Chain within an International Company
  • Quick learner
