Responsibilities: * Facilitates defining Rolling Roadmap for multiple years along with OKRs and KPIs * Facilitates Quarterly Planning Facilitate the 4 Quarter Plan * Documents and monitors business processes to assess current state. Identify standardization and simplification opportunities and emerging requirements for improving business processes * Translates business needs into specific business requirements. Collaborate with Solution Architects to translate business requirements into functional / technical requirements * Supports BRM and PO with estimating benefits to business processes and building business cases * Create user stories for desired solution functionality * Partners with Solution Architects and Developers to support solution development activities * Partners with delivery vendors. Communicates technical requirements, define deliverables, and oversee execution * Collaborates with IT Infrastructure & Operations to define Release plan * Maintains product roadmap and business capability roadmap, applying Product best practices * Works to develop a deep understanding of business process and challenges to help envision unforeseen process/technology capabilities that maximize business value * Develops and leverages broad knowledge of Corteva's enterprise digital capabilities to maximize utilization, reduce time to market, standardize execution, and enable global scalability * Develops and maintains current technical knowledge to support rapidly changing technology, always on the lookout for new technologies, trends, and best practices that elevate the digital experience * Performs needs assessments, defines scope, budget, identifies solutions/risks, and creates high-level solution designs. Creates high level requirements sand acceptance criteria. QualificationsRequirements: * Experience with ServiceNow module implementations (playbooks), ideally SNOW Portal, Customer Service Management, virtual agents, and reporting/analytics * Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and Change Management Processes, including SNOW Flows or similar process automation software CMDB Operations & Integration * Experience managing license costs for enterprise software * Prefer prior experience with integration to key enterprise systems across Corteva, examples include: ERP, Workday, or Ariba * Possesses detailed knowledge of Corteva's business processes * The ideal candidate will have experience generating, maintaining, and prioritizing a Product Backlog * Prior exposure to ITIL and experience with IT assessment management including CMDB, Cloud and Provisioning/Discovery (Azure)
