We re hiring for Shift Leader to join our production team in Sissa, Italy.

As Shift Leader, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient end-to-end shift operation.

Your Challenge:

• Ensures good communication between the shift team and the supervisors
• Monitors the goals assigned to the team, monitors performance and implements improvement actions as needed.
• As foreman, acts as a role model for Safety, and ensure all EH&S applicable standards are followed within his/her shift
• Encourage and enforce safe operations, ethics, respect for people and respect for the environment.
• Responsible for the shift change process.
• Ensure that quality and ESTA standards are implemented and maintained in the production area.

• EH&S knowledge and experience
• IT Skills MS Office
• Fluent in Italian
• English speaking skills (basic)
• Be comfortable working shifts during season
