You Will Be Part of Growing Team
Finance is a Global team tasked with supporting Finance processing requests across various regions.
Our team is comprised of members supporting and providing support to the Finance Team and business across from various regions.
The role will be performed within the frame of Corteva' s Brand values:
Job Responsibilities.
- Operate monthly accounting close for payroll and benefits accounts in SAP ledgers including reconciling of payroll accounts in SAP ledgers and balancing of payroll to 3rd party provided information into Corteva accounting systems.
- Distribute benefit expenses between active and Pensioner reserve accounts and across multiple US legal entities, including billing of benefit costs to other Corteva entities and joint ventures.
- Prepare analysis of benefit costs to tax analysts and actuaries. Use actuarial estimates and other data to forecast benefit costs and update benefit accrual rates.
- Lead account reconciliation and issue resolution with HR and accounting personnel within Corteva and HR service provider.
- Review and approve cash funding requests resulting from payroll processing. Monitor and resolve cash accounting issues with HR & Treasury.
- Perform flux analysis of pay costs and liabilities to ensure reasonableness.
- Analyze payroll transactions for appropriate classification and compliance with generally accepted standard and Corteva accounting policy.

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need:
- Education: MBA or a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent Organizational and communication skills.
- Strong Internal Controls experience
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality (Employee has access to compensation date)
- Solid Analytical and collaboration skills by working with multi-functional teams across US.
- Strong Skills in MS Office. (Excel, Word and Power-point etc.)
