We are looking for a strategic and user-centric Senior Product Manager to lead the development of mobile applications that empower our field sales and research teams with data at their fingertips: anytime, anywhere. You will play a key role in shaping the future of digital agriculture by delivering mobile solutions that improve productivity, sustainability, and decision-making in the field. 

 

Responsibilities What You Will do:

  • Define and execute our mobile product strategy, aligning with the needs of seed reps, researchers, agronomists, and ag retailers. 
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, data-driven mobile experiences that support trials, field operations, crop management, and real-time insights. 
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure mobile apps are accessible and usable in rural and low-connectivity environments. 
  • Work closely with commercial, engineering, data science, and agronomy teams to prioritize features and deliver high-impact solutions. 
  • Use user research, analytics, and field feedback to continuously improve the product. 
  • Stay informed on agricultural trends, regulations, and technologies to inform product decisions. 
  • Champion the voice of the user, especially those working in-field, to ensure the app meets real-world needs. 

 

What Skills You Need:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in the agriculture/AgTech industry. 
  • Proven ability to deliver software solutions in complex, data-rich environments. 
  • Strong understanding of mobile UX/UI, offline functionality, and rural connectivity challenges. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Precision Agriculture, or Farm Management Information Systems (FMIS). 
  • Knowledge of agronomic practices, crop cycles, and farm operations. 
  • Background in agriculture, software development, or engineering. 
  • Experience with user research and product development for digital agriculture solutions, especially mobile-optimized applications and UI. 
  • Experience collaborating with OEM equipment manufacturers within the agriculture sector.
