We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Agronomist to join our Crop Protection team in Poland. This role is pivotal in driving agronomic excellence, supporting technical services, and shaping sustainable agricultural practices across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert agronomic support to customers and internal teams.
• Lead field trials, demos, and technical training sessions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and regulatory teams to integrate crop protection solutions.
• Monitor and analyze crop performance, pest management, and stewardship practices.
• Build strong relationships with growers, distributors, and industry influencers.
• Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience in agronomy or technical services.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Strong knowledge of Polish agriculture, crop production, and value chains.
• Familiarity with environmental and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
