What You'll Do:

  • Design and support a dynamic data analytics framework for our global seed production research and characterization team, contributing to impactful, real-world solutions for our teams around the world.

  • Leverage cutting-edge tools like Power BI, SQL, and Python to uncover insights and provide data-driven recommendations.

  • Develop compelling reports that reveal trends, patterns, and key metrics for stakeholders across the business.

  • Play a key role in first-level data analysis and interpretation to guide strategic decisions.

  • Assist in driving change management initiatives, helping the team adapt to new data analytics technologies and methodologies.

What Skills You Need:

  • A GPA of 3.000 or above, with 3.500 preferred, and a passion for learning and growth.

  • Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, Power BI, and more.

  • Strong communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail and a focus on accuracy.
