• Provide Domain expertise for Master Data Areas

• Accountable for getting to meet the KPI's and act as a point of escalation for business

• Refine and develop procedures as per guidelines from stakeholders or part of data migration projects

• Support and oversee Data cleanup activities as per agreed process, policies, and guidelines

• Participate and Lead Master data relevant Project initiatives or Process improvement

• Analyze and perform the data migration activities based on the suitable methods of migration.

• Perform data migration activities such as data mapping, data cleansing, data conversion while ensuring the accuracy, consistency of the data and audit requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve any issues.

• Drive continuous improvement in monitoring and maintenance of Master data elements

Skills & requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required

• 8+ Years of experience in master data process preferably in Customer master

• 3+ Years of Experience in S4 HANA, SAP MDG

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data tools

• 3+ Years Experience with ETL tools like BODS or similar

Competencies:

• Hands on experience on Data Management process including Mass data tools

• Strong hands-on experience in S4 HANA and MDG is a must have

• Knowledge of key Cross workstream dependencies between different types of data is a must have

• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with thoroughness and attention to detail

• Must be able to work independently and take initiative to solve problem quickly

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Specialist or similar role.
