We are hiring a?Salesforce CRM Software Engineering Lead (Integrations). The Salesforce CRM Software Engineering Lead (SEL) is a senior IT professional with a vast Salesforce and technical experience that will serve as a leader of CRM integrations.

A Software Engineering Lead is directly responsible for helping the business achieve their business goals through their technical leadership skills:

As a Collaborator they contribute by:

* Collaborating with Architects, IT and Business Product Owners/Managers, IT Product Leads, Agile Delivery Leaders, UX team members, and Testers to ensure that the right software is built and that it is built as intended.

* Working in a team with a DevOps mindset

* Inspiring colleagues to achieve at a high level, push teams to deliver great results, and maintain an optimistic attitude.

* Modeling and coaching a passion for learning and developing skills, trying new technologies, and embracing the full-stack engineer mindset.

* Serve as the role model and technical reference for the other Software Engineers, IT and Business Product Owners

As a Driver they contribute to the success of business focused IT solutions by:

* Making themselves available to engage with Software Engineers for reviewing designs or code, recommending/coaching on industry best practices and Corteva standards, etc.

* Strategic Leadership: Leads and influences engineering practices and outcomes which ensure technical roadmaps drive toward innovative sustainability, scalability, and quality.

* Standards-Compliant Solutions: Guides the engineering of solutions to align with Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Privacy, Security/Risk, and Center of Excellent (CoE) direction.

* Productive Team: Partners with team, IT Product Managers, Architects, UX Researchers to guide the creation of solutions to meet business needs using IT and industry-standards-based approaches.

What are a Software Engineering Lead's responsibilities?

* Lead Software Engineers well toward solid performance and growth within their profession

* Collaborate well with other Engineering Leads, IT Product Leads, Senior Product Leaders, QAs, Agile Delivery Leads, and Product Owners

* Create clear and maintainable designs, documentation, prototypes, and other technical deliverables.

* Engineer for data- and business-driven solutions.

* Lead-level cloud engineering and prototyping

* Ensure secure development techniques and compliance with standards.

* Regularly improve technical aspects of the product by identifying issues and problems in the architecture, performance, product, code, or process

* Ability to understand and manage build processes in a CICD-based team.

* Possess source-code management skills using tools like Azure DevOps

* Ability to understand and apply various software development frameworks and utilities to solve business problems.

* Possess a familiarity with infrastructure as code, automation, monitoring, and the DevOps mindset.

* Leadership of test-driven development techniques

* Support the team in the ideate/concept phase to shape the solution and cost estimation.

* Responsible for EA, Privacy, and Security process with Vendors.

* Secure Corteva QA principles are applied to guarantee proper test strategy and plan.

* Responsible for technical sprint acceptance.

Position Requirements

* Deep Salesforce proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Administration, VisualForce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, APEX, Force.com, AppExchange deployment

* Einstein Analytics and Salesforce Mobile experience preferred

* Ability to write SQL and SOQL queries

* Experience with enterprise-level, global Salesforce implementations preferred

* Advanced experience with data migrations and integrations, ideally tools like Boomi or Mulesoft

* Experience with Azure Service Bus and Azure Dev Ops

* Experience working with Agile methodologies

* Partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders

* Excellent teamwork, communication (oral and written) and collaboration skills

* Excellent leadership and influencing skills

* Ability to work in an English-speaking, yet multicultural and multilingual, team

* This is a global team, which may requires nonstandard hours occasionally

Experience and Education Requirements

* 8+ years Salesforce experience

* Salesforce certifications are desirable, especially Salesforce Data Architect or Integration Architect

* Experience with data and integration platforms, such as Boomi, Informatica or Mulesoft

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
