In this role, you will provide exemplary customer service and support to dealers, customers, and field sales personnel across multiple regions by being able to navigate and diagnose needs and then respond using a wide and dynamic base of information and resources. You will serve as an expert in sales programs, sales processes, customer information, and account maintenance in support of the success of the sales rep’s business and achieve business-unit goals and objectives.
