Corteva Agriscience has an exciting opportunity for a fully dedicated individual to support the Hoegemeyer Hybrids brand in Fremont, NE. In this role, you will provide exemplary customer service and support to dealers, customers, and field sales personnel across multiple regions and be an integral member of the sales team.  You will be able to navigate and diagnose needs and then respond using a wide and dynamic base of information and resources. You will serve as an expert in sales programs, sales processes, customer information, and account maintenance in support of the success of the sales rep's business and achieve business-unit goals and objectives.

 What You'll Do: 

• Respond to sales and customer inquiries by evaluating each contact through effective questioning, performing necessary research, and utilizing problem resolution skills to successfully resolve issues presented. 

• Effectively support, communicate, and provide coaching on multiple business processes, including sales programs and sales systems to ensure effective support and problem resolution. 

• Provide SeedWare training and support to dealers and District Sales Managers in the field. 

• Respond to inquiries regarding account balances/statements/refunds. 

• Process customer account adjustments (program credits, balance transfers), program exceptions, and special pricing adjustments/discounts. 

• Provide administrative support for additional in-season programs and make necessary financial adjustments to customers' accounts. 

• Perform all activities in support of sales rep and dealer account administration throughout sales season. 

• Collaborate and work professionally with immediate sales support team members and other Hoegemeyer personnel. 

• Other duties as assigned. 

Education:  

• High school diploma/GED required. 

What Skills You Need: 

• You are detail-oriented and highly motivated with the ability to achieve goals and objectives. 

• You have a strong mathematical foundation, enjoy working with numbers and have the ability to apply this to real-world situations.

• You are experienced in Microsoft applications, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.  

• You have a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) accurate information with diverse groups of people with the ability to analyze and solve problems remotely. 

• You have solid basic accounting skills. 

• You have strong interpersonal skills. 

• You can comfortably manage conflicting priorities while acting in a professional manner and meeting deadlines. 

• You have the confidence and ability to proactively address customer issues, business requirements, and identify areas for improving productivity. 

• You have a valid US driver's license so that you are able to drive on company business as needed. 

• You value the opportunity to have a position that offers a hybrid office/remote work schedule (once training has been satisfactorily completed). 

What Makes You Stand Out: 

• An associate degree in agriculture, business or accounting. 

• Related customer service and/or agricultural experience.
