As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our commercial team by ensuring smooth operations and enabling our sales professionals to focus on what they do best—serving our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist sales professionals with administrative and operational tasks.
- Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards.
- Handle data entry and maintain CRM/database accuracy.
- Support invoicing, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Respond to routine and non-routine internal and external inquiries.
- Coordinate logistics for customer visits, events, and internal meetings.
Who You Are
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Fluent in English is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
