  • Partner with the Global Systems Leader and Process Automation to ensure consistent and automated data collection across all plants

  • Provide guidance and methodology for downtime tracking, root cause attribution, and bad actor identification

  • Develop OEE playbooks, training content, and reporting tools that support plant-level adoption and continuous improvement

  • Analyze global OEE trends to identify systemic constraints and inform capital investment or reliability focus areas

  • Lead a community of regional and site reliability resources to ensure technical consistency

  • Build and deploy global reliability training programs, including certification for reliability roles

  • Mentor regional reliability resources and develop talent pipelines for technical leadership roles

Program Management & Standardization

  • Develop and maintain global standards, templates, and workflows for failure analysis, asset criticality ranking, and maintenance strategy optimization

  • Support the implementation of predictive and condition-based maintenance technologies

  • Coordinate alignment between reliability programs and digital systems (CMMS, PdM platforms, analytics tools)

Collaboration & Integration

  • Collaborate with Engineering, EHS, Quality, Manufacturing, and Capital Project teams to embed reliability principles across the asset lifecycle

  • Support Regional R&M Leaders in deploying and sustaining reliability initiatives at the site level

  • Act as a global integrator of asset knowledge, OEE insights, and failure data across the organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Reliability, or Industrial Engineering

  • +7 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or asset performance in a manufacturing or industrial environment

  • Proven leadership of reliability programs at scale, including hands-on experience with OEE implementation and process improvement

  • Deep understanding of reliability tools (RCM, RCA, FMEA), maintenance optimization, and production loss analysis

  • Experience with OEE tools and production performance dashboards; Power BI, CMMS, and downtime tracking systems

  • Strong collaboration, communication, and coaching capabilities

  • CMRP, CRE, or similar certifications preferred

  • Global or multi-site experience strongly preferred

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
