Purpose: The role of the Intern is to support the Country Regulatory Manager and Operations Associate during implementation of projects related to identifying, locating and uploading of regulatory documentation in Balkans and to assist in the implementation of label digitalization in Croatia.

This includes support during identification, preparation and uploading of documentation that was submitted to the relevant authorities during various regulatory processes implemented in the past, working with company's internal databases and compiling information related to these processes.

Regarding digitization of labels, it will involve support within regulatory prospective, to be compliant with the national guidelines and legislation in Croatia as EU MS, following timelines set by the Commission.

Interaction with:

·       Primarily Country Regulatory Manager and Operations Associate and teams involved in RAS (Regulatory and Stewardship) tools and databases.

·       Agriguide and Stewardship teams, Local distributors and external regulatory authorities if necessary

Key Responsibilities:

Support Country Registration Manager with the following tasks:

-  Identifying regulatory documentation that was submitted to the authorities during the certain period of years and related to certain number of products, that will be identified in time of starting the assignment.

-  Following delivery of documents' hardcopies and scanning them to transform them into electronical versions.

-  Compiling and archiving documents created in electronical form in accordance with the instructions provided by Regulatory Manager and Operations Associate.

-  Preparing created files for upload and uploading them into internal tools, as instructed.

-  If needed, communicate to distributors or authorities in the country in order to get the requested documentation.

-  Follow up requirements from the internal team responsible for project implementation and responding them.

-  Assist with archiving and uploading into internal databases of regulator documentation being submitted to the authorities in non-EU Balkan countries.

-  Carry out the digitization of labels within regulatory prospective, to be compliant with the national guidelines and legislation in different MSs.

-  Attend meetings with Agriguide team, upload of digital labels with the supplier Molecular Connection.

-  Assist with maintaining data related to the product registrations and taking part in the information exchange concerning the product registrations which are within the scope of the project.

Duration: 3-6 months' throughout 2025, starting in March. The precise monthly engagement will be provided in accordance with the timelines for project implementation and student availability.
