Position Title: Regional Sales Manager
Reports to: National Sales Manager
Location: Sahiwal, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering on topline goals (Vol & Rev) with Sales strategy formulization & execution:
- Season wise Crop Wise Volume delivery
- New product (RC1-RC3) volume delivery
- Plan by setting goals, develop and implement tactics, evaluate/adjust activities as necessary to assure goal achievement with all assigned employees.
- Monitor effectiveness of dealer Network on annual basis and implement appropriate corrective measures.
- Share Annual/monthly volume & revenue forecasting
- Ensure Price Execution & ensure timely collection of receivables
- Sales strategy formulization & execution
- Collaborate with marketing team to implement Crop strategy.
- Collaborate with Commercial effectiveness to design & execute GTM
- Execution of different farmer & trade level sales promotion programs & other related initiatives
- Collaborate with Agronomy to develop product testing, sampling & Ag development plan
- Dynamic Cost Management - Market Promotions, Travel & People Spend
- Share & ensure delivery of RSP & Collection plan
- People Leadership, Talent identification, development
- Respond to customer inquiries and monitor problem resolution to ensure timely customer service.
- Ensure effective utilization of Sales Effectiveness tools for territory, activity, retail planning
- Help in finalizing growth projects for new/existing markets/segments/geography for fueling future growth
- Build/maintain strong relationships with customers, key industry/market influencers, PHI partners and teammates.
- Operational efficiency optimization & drives productivity initiatives (Distribution, SR, outflow, collection)
- Adherence to defined company values & policies
Qualifications - Internal
Education : Bachelor or Master Degree in Agriculture
Experience : 8+ year s experience in seed/ agri-input industry
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES
- Good knowledge in crop management techniques
- Good communication -oral and written- in both English and local language.
- High stamina to perform regular tours
- Strong persuasive & group as well as individual customer focused selling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Objection management skill & problem solving ability
- Capability to achieve sales targets, by still retaining control on the market.
- Strong commercial acumen, understanding of the margin structure, conceptualizing schemes and articulating the advantages of our margins and schemes to the Dealers and Distributors.
