Specific Tasks and Responsibilities

Business Planning and Execution:

• Plan and execute monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain a customer network, including farmers, retailers, and distributors.
• Conduct account management and business planning.
• Understand market insights to drive business.
• Collaborate with Territory leaders on field activity plans.
• Set and track objectives for the field force.
• Provide reliable sales forecasts.
• Assist with customer credit management and follow up on payments.
• Resolve execution issues with internal and external parties.

Budget Management:

• Plan and manage budgets, ensuring spending is purposeful and within limits.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment requests and reimbursements.

Organization:

• Train and coach the field force.
• Support and motivate the field force, fostering a culture of ownership.
• Facilitate collaboration among team members.
• Maintain high ethical standards.
• Recruit and structure the field sales organization.
