Join Corteva Agriscience as a Process Engineer supporting our biological production sites. You ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. This position is ideal for early-career engineers passionate about manufacturing, EHS, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for daily operations, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with R&D, technical teams, and site leadership to develop new formulations, extend shelf-life, and manage quality improvements.
- Lead and implement improvement plans aligned with business needs, promoting a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ensure compliance with procedures, recipes, raw material sourcing, change management, product dispatch, and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver hands-on support to foster a safe and compliant workplace, advancing the site's safety culture and implementing EHS improvement plans.
- Analyze manufacturing performance data, identify trends, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
- Provide training to production teams on manufacturing processes and safety standards.
- Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Participate in audits, self-assessments, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Lead Management of Change (MOC) processes and contribute to capex project reviews as needed.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in a relevant discipline (required); professional certification is a plus.
- 1 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and EHS standards/regulations.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; able to set priorities and work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to train and present effectively.
- Proficiency in computers, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
