  • Partner with QPE leaders and functional owners to define reporting requirements and design data-driven solutions that align to portfolio and organizational goals.

  • Perform analysis and interpretation of portfolio and IT metrics, summarizing findings, identifying trends, and highlighting opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop frameworks and data requirements for portfolio processes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business needs.

  • Deliver periodic reports and portfolio dashboards that support QPE and IT leadership with timely and meaningful insights.

  • Reconcile and validate data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and sustainability of reporting.

  • Support portfolio transformation efforts by analyzing current practices, identifying opportunities for optimization, and designing improvements.

  • Create training materials, knowledge articles, and resources to support adoption of new portfolio processes and tools.

  • Collaborate with colleagues in reporting, automation, and financial management to provide integrated insights and solutions.

Experience and Education – What you'll bring to the table!

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Analytics, or related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in portfolio management, reporting, or analytics with demonstrated ability to connect insights to transformation.

  • Proven experience building reporting and analytics solutions that drive organizational decision-making, providing actionable insights.

  • Strong skills in analyzing data and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

  • Experience facilitating requirement sessions and partnering with stakeholders, analyzing processes, and designing solutions.

  • Ability to flex between strategic leadership and hands-on development to deliver solutions and insights.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills to connect data, insights, and business impact.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Strategic Portfolio Management concepts and portfolio maturity models.

  • Exposure to portfolio transformation, process improvement, or continuous improvement programs.

  • Understanding of business intelligence concepts and organizational reporting frameworks.

  • Experience developing training or enablement materials to support process or reporting adoption.

  • Ability to coach stakeholders on interpreting and using data for decision-making.
