The North America HRSC CIC Representative is a key role in the People Team Operation model. He/She is responsible for interacting with employees, managers and other stakeholders through chat, telephone and tickets, resolving doubts and redirecting queries.

** This is a temporary position for 6 months. The duration of this position is limited to this period**.

Responsibilities:

- Processing requests from employees and managers on life-cycle events (hirings, terminations, promotions, salary changes, one-time payments, absences, etc.).

- Customer interaction through chat, telephone and tickets related to life-cycle management events.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in English and Spanish

• Customer interaction habilities.

• Minimum two years of experience in customer service or in service centers supporting North America.
