Corteva Agriscience currently has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Programs Systems Manager in Indianapolis, IN.

We are seeking a skilled candidate with expertise in SAP systems and integrations, 3rd party data collection and integration knowledge (AGDATA a plus), and experience in data transfer, retailer web-based applications, and point-of-sale (POS) data integration. This role will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing marketing program systems to support our organization's marketing initiatives effectively.

What You'll Do:

* SAP Systems Management: Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of SAP systems related to marketing programs, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

* Integration Strategy: Work closely with the business & technical architects to define and execute integration strategies for connecting SAP systems with other internal and external systems, such as retailer web-based applications and POS systems, to facilitate seamless data exchange and interoperability.

* 3rd party Data Collection & Management: Knowledge to manage and optimize marketing program data, including data collection, cleansing, analysis, and reporting, to support decision-making for our marketing program managers and administrators.

* Data Transfer Management: Work closely with the Commercial integration architect on data transfer processes between different systems and stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, and troubleshooting any data-related issues or discrepancies.

* Retailer Web-Based Application Support: Provide support for retailer web-based applications used in marketing programs, including user training, troubleshooting, release notes and manage detailing enhancement requests, to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction.

* POS Data Integration: Understanding 3rd party partner data integration solutions to capture and analyze sales data from retail partners, enabling insights into customer behavior, market trends, and sales performance.

* Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams, marketing program teams, IT departments, external vendors, and retail partners to gather requirements, assess needs, and deliver integrated solutions that meet business objectives and compliance requirements.

* Documentation and Training: Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials for marketing program systems and processes, and conduct training sessions for internal users and stakeholders as needed.

* Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing program management, data integration, and analytics, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing initiatives.

QualificationsWhat You Need:

* Proficiency in understanding and communicating with SAP process owners, experience with SAP modules relevant to marketing and sales operations (e.g., product content management, order management, customer portals, SAP ERP).

* Familiarity with data capture / aggregator platforms, data management processes, and reporting capabilities, with the ability to leverage insights to support marketing program leaders.

* Experience working with distributed retails on data capture, processing, and analysis, preferably in retail industries.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

* Comfortable with context switching throughout the day and keeping many priorities on track.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with web-based applications used in retail or marketing environments.

* Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements in marketing operations (including audit of systems and finance integrations).

* Understanding of marketing program management methodologies, processes, and best practices.

* Willingness to define and manage business process for marketing program owners.

* Comfortable working in a heavily integrated ecosystem of tools understanding downstream impacts.
