We're hiring a Marketing Assistant/Customer Custodian.

As Customer Custodian you will support the Pannar brand's marketing efforts, with a primary focus on managing the Pannar Bonanza Programme - a customer incentive initiative designed to drive specific behaviors. This role blends project management, data-accuracy, and creative coordination to ensure marketing goals and marketing spend are met effectively and efficiently.
You Will Be Part of Growing Team
As part of the Pannar Marketing Team, you will be a driving force for the Marketing effort by providing support to the Category Marketing Manager and Marketing Communications Specialist.
Your Challenge:
- Manages and oversee commercial projects focused on internal and external customer events and centricity.
- Pannar Bonanza Programme Management: Plan, communicate, execute, and track the Pannar customer incentive program to ensure alignment with strategic marketing goals delivered within timelines and budget. Feed through customer experience and Programme learnings for future enhancements in collaboration with Commercial, Controllership and Procurement.
- Customer centricity through well planned and executed events: Organise, project manage, communicate, execute and measure events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site event execution. Events include (both internal conferences, meetings and training workshops and external customer and industry stakeholder engagements.
- Helps to coordinate functional support systems (IT, fleet, HSE and connectivity management) to enable optimal Commercial Team functionality.
- Ensures business contract obligations and coordination with Sales Lead i.e. price list communication, commercial contract signatures, commercial policies, contract filing and agreements, commercial rebate tracking, SIP signatures.
- In collaboration with Category Marketing Manager and Sales Lead, coordinate Key Account Management (KAM) campaign plan execution.
- Marketing Administrative Tasks: Provide day-to-day support to the Category Marketing Manager and Marketing Communications Specialist, including tracking sponsorships and BBBEE documentation with proven Return on investment (ROI) of investments.

Key Stakeholders and Interactions:
Working with the Category Marketing Manager, Marketing Communications Specialist, Area Sales Managers, Master Data, CSR and various external agencies and suppliers requires not only being technically skilled, but also the ability to forge relationships. These are critical skills for the job.

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
- 3-5 Years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, and/or Project Management-related role.
- Proven track record of Project Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (oral and written).
- Valid driver's license.
