We have an excellent opportunity for a Logistic Program Lead to join our team in LATAM!
The Logistic Program Lead Lead the identification, evaluation/design, and implementation, of and supply chain improvements through cross functional collaboration and project management. The scope of project activities is regional. The overall objective is to maximize business value growth, through the generation and the delivering of Logistic and Logistics' Systems improvement ideas and provide project coaching to supply chain logistics department. Maps, designs, and implements initiatives to enhance our Logistics capabilities promoting project management tools and skills with the team.
Responsibilities
· Collaborate cross functionally to identify supply chain logistics improvement opportunities
· Build and maintain Network Optimization Model for Southern Cone and MesoAndean Regional Operations
· Lead cross functional and cross regional project teams in creating and implementing an integrated work plan to deliver project objectives and milestones
· Ensure definition or validation of logistics projects scope and plan
· Identifie and takes action to mitigate supply risks aligned to improvement opportunities
· Ensure that established work process and project management best practices are leveraged and utilized throughout project work
· Establishe project expectations with key stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the project, including project timeline, associated costs, and project status
· Define, execute, and maintains the project plan, project timeline, stakeholder communication plan, and control plan for all assigned projects
· Identify savings in existing supply chains through optimization or waste reduction
· Coach' logistics' colleagues in project management skills
· Represents Supply Chain in the Supplier Excellence Innovation Committee
· Support project scoping (or execute and get project leader approval), savings baseline building (or execute and get project leader approval), project control and coordinates savings reporting.
· Systems SME support for all logistics mode, including Import-Export Ocean and Air, packaged and bulk trucking and warehousing.
· Systems support for SAP ERP, TMS and 3PL logistics management processes
· Be the Focal point for IT/application strategy, interfacing between global and regional teams
Requirements
· Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or Technical field
·Experience in Supply Chain Areas, mainly Logistics.
·Experience in Project Management, mainly Logistics related projects.
.English proficiency - Advanced
· Six Sigma Green Belt/ Black Belt and/or certified Lean Practitioner preferred
· S4 knowledge is preferred.
· Experience with TMS and 3PL work processes preferred
.Availability to work 40% on site/ 60% from home
.Residence in: Buenos Aires (Arg), San Lorenzo (Sta Fe-Arg), Cartagena (Col), Bogota (Col) or Guadalajara (Mexico).
