Location: RONDONÓPOLIS/MT
Responsabilities:
•Manage CORDIUS Germplasm Licensing contract for soybean seed producers (Multipliers and cooperatives.)
•Manage the Cordius annual commercial policy and incentives programs for all Cordius licensees' chain,
•Oversee and lead the annual parent seed sales campaign,
•Ensure all Cordius Licensees accurately report sales volume through the CORDIUS system.
•Provide strategic leadership for all Cordius demand generation activities, including licensees´ initiatives,
•Ensure effective leadership and oversight of the third-party technical assistance team,
•Ensure the licensees commercial teams' technical alignment, (multipliers & cooperatives)
Requirements:
•7 to 8 Years experience in Soybean Germplasm and/or Biotech licensing Market
•Brazilian soybean germplasm licensing business model knowledge is a mandatory
•Commercial lead ability
•Ability to interact with commercial teams
•Commercial negotiation skills
•Bachelor Degree in Agronomy
